:I think that's a fine idea.  Anyone who wants to do that, go ahead and make the article.  Just put the internal link to the article in this page in front of the external link, make sure to include the external link in the article too.

I think that's a fine idea. Anyone who wants to do that, go ahead and make the article. Just put the internal link to the article in this page in front of the external link, make sure to include the external link in the article too.
Also, in the article, put a category link in, and make a seperate category link for each state. Example:
[[Category:New York Organizations]]
[[Category:Geocaching Organizations]]
Just to be clear, that code goes in the actual article.
