Prohibited Cache Items

Here is a list of items that you should not put in a cache:

NEVER put these in a cache!

  • Guns
  • Ammo
  • Food
  • Drugs
  • Alcohol
  • Explosives

There is some debate about whether these could go in a cache

  • pocket knives
  • Bottled drinks (water is fine, even recommended by geocaching.com)
