The '''Lampost Cache''' or LPC, is a type of micro sized cache that is hidden under the plastic skirts at the bottom of a lampost.  These caches are often found in the parking lots of large retailer businesses (e.g. Wal*Mart).  A deragatory term for this is Skirtlifter.  This type of micro is often looked down upon due to the fact that they are too simple, easy and unoriginal for the taste of some [[geocacher]]s.
